DDS-MAP project at the 2nd Central European Nursing Conference in Poland

The 2nd Central European Nursing Conference, held at the Medical University of Lublin, Poland, on September 13-14, 2024, provided a
significant platform for discussing advancements in nursing education and practice. The conference featured a session focused on the DDS-MAP project, showcasing its latest findings and contributions to the field.

The conference was attended by more than 120 people from different corners of the country, as well as from abroad from: USA, Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Norway, Ireland, Slovenia, Germany and Croatia. During the event, 40 speeches were given and 15 scientific posters were presented on key nursing topics.

The event was moderated by Prof. John well and Florian Scheibein from South East Technological University, Ireland. Project parntes gave a series of presentation outling some of the key project outcomes –

  • Microcredentials as a modern form of recognition of learning outcomes – the European and Polish perspective: Magdalena Dziurka, Kinga Zdunek, Beata Dobrowolska (Medical University of Lublin, Poland);
  • Opportunities and challenges of microcredentials – a Croatian perspective: Martina Smolić (University of Osijek, Croatia) – online lecture.
