DDS-MAP Develops Four Micro-Credentials to Boost Digital Skills in Healthcare

The EU-funded DDS-MAP (Dynamic Digital Resilience for Medical and Allied Professions) project has developed four innovative micro-credentials to strengthen digital skills across healthcare professions.

In Germany and beyond, digital competencies remain insufficiently integrated into medical and allied health education, despite their growing importance in everyday professional practice. The DDS-MAP initiative, supported by the EU4Health/Horizon programme, addresses this gap by offering flexible, cross-professional training modules that can be embedded into existing education and continuous professional development frameworks.

These micro-credentials aim to empower healthcare professionals to adapt to digital transformation and enhance quality and efficiency in patient care.
